Standard Fill
- We fill all cracks inside fence perimeter and greather than 4" in length with a masonry/latex
compound. Deep and/or wide cracks are pre-filled with a sand mixture to 1/2" depth and capped with masonry compound.
Painting over crack fill and replacement of white lines is included.
Solid
Fill - Same as standard fill except with solid concrete pre-fill and masonry/latex
cap. Typically advised for cracks in excess of 3" in width.
Surface Grind - Smoothing
of crack edges and bumps developed by heaving or build-up of previous fills using a masonry grinder.
Paint
only or solid surface patches - We paint
over areas of worn, chipped, or peeled paint or trowel masonry/latex compound in areas of missing or deteriorated surface,
then paint and re-line.
Bump removal - We remove court surface bumps, patch and re-paint.
Ding repair -
We will fill the majority of small dings or clay holes, including cracks less than 4" in length.
General
Tennis Court Maintenance
Annual, semi-annual, or one-time full tennis court cleaning
- We sweep, power wash and squeegee court
surface. Water source can be provided for an additional fee if one is not available within 100' of the courts.
Sand-dressed turf court maintenance - We will powerwash court, remove and dispose of dirt packed
sand, apply and broom in new silica base sand.
Court Accessory Installation
We provide and install nets, windscreens,
divider netting, and other tennis court accessories.
